At BPB Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange policy for all items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your BPB Online account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original packaging and include the printed return slip provided in your portal.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
